Submissions with original purchase receipt, original package UPC’s, original promotional sticker from package and complete name, address, and zip code must be mailed and received by 01/31/18. Offer void if these items are not included, and received by 01/31/18. Limit one refund per family, address or household and right is reserved to confirm identity.
When they say one per family, can you do one 14lbs and one 19lbs? The problem may be the promotional sticker, without that it probably not going to be honored.
