I live in one of these states ‘****OH, OR, SC, TN’ and I’ve never submitted a NBPR rebate in my life… and I am quite confused will the above mumbo jumbo in their T&C.

Am I eligible to submit up to twelve (12) $5.00 rebates each as long as I purchase a 20-pack of water or larger that’s over $5.00?

Please help in deciphering, thank you so much!
