Just info from 91x…Magic and Z90
in general, our three stations (Z90, 91X, Magic 92.5) do not enforce a 30-Day rule. When it’s a bigger contest like cash or Disney tickets, we enforce the ‘one prize per household’ rule, as in, once you win Disney tickets once, your household cannot win again in that same campaign on that station. However, we do not enforce that ‘same household’ rule for the more ‘normal’ day to day prizes. So, if you are caller 9 and win concert tickets one day, and bigger Disney tickets the next day, that’s great. You and your household are ineligible to win Disney again (in that campaign), but you can still win other prizes offered.

We treat each station differently, if you win on one, it does not affect the other. However, because the three are owned by one company, when it comes to tax reporting at the end of the year, the cumulative value of the prizes won across our three stations is what’s reported to the IRS via 1099 form. Tax reporting only happens when the cumulative value is $600 or higher.

The only other ‘big’ rules are you must be a San Diego resident to win any of our contests, unless otherwise noted (which is rare), and usually over 18. Under 18 must have parent/guardian accept prize on their behalf.
