I Heard it while making a Strawberry//Coconut Smoothy…my post would have been later***Everyone that has one of these, swears it is an ice-cream milkshake!! 6oz. coconut yogurt (freeze first), 6-7 fresh-frozen Strawberries, 1 cup apple juice (sweetener) and 1 cup half & half----blend and pour into a frozen mug–makes about 22-24 oz.!!
