@bhoup I used the Order Number for a Receipt Number. The e-mail I received back from them said:
“Your claim status has now been changed to approved FOR $6.97.”

Interesting. There wasn’t a confirmation after I keyed in my address. It just redisplayed the screen. I did receive an e-mail but it wasn’t specifically a confirmation. Very cute keychain, hopefully it worked. Thank you for sharing.

I’m so glad this was reposted. I was able to take advantage of this offer. Since I ordered online at walmart.com, I put the order # as the receipt #. Hopefully that is what they are looking for.
