I had an excellent experience with the Delta Airlines New York office. Although the staff was very friendly and eager to help, the wait time was rather lengthy given that it appeared they were understaffed during busy times. But once I got help, everything was fine; it would have been so much better. Three stars overall—great service, but better organization is needed."
