Did you use the same cc to place the 2nd and 3rd order?
My 1st order (3 * $250) was successful, then both 2nd and 3rd got cancelled. All used the same cc but on different machine. I don’t know why.

Everything was the same for all 3 orders. There is a limit of $1500 per day as well, which may include the fees.

Thanks for the reply. It is probably dead anyway, After retry, I now receive this message: “This code has been used too many times”.

Bought another $450 to finish the total just under the $2000 limit, including the fees. No giftcard.com account. Used BofA credit card.
