Looking for visa cash back debit

Does anyone know of a bank account with an associated visa 1% cash back debit card? I have to make a recurring payment and visa (specifically visa) debit is the least expensive payment option that I have available.

Thanks. These all look like credit cards though. The payment I’m trying to make will be least expensive with debit (fixed fee of a few dollars, as opposed to percentage of total payment).

@bob, have you looked into PayPal debit mastercard? If you’re NOT doing manufactured spending and will swipe them as credit instead of debit, you’ll earn 1% on the transaction. PayPal is NOT a financial institution and quite fragile so make sure you read the T&C before you sign up.

up to $100 cashback per YEAR on all purchases!!! I’m sure there are MSers who earn more than that CB in one transaction. well, at least that’s better than the Walmart Visa prepaid that offers up to a whooping $75 CB per year!

It’s wishful thinking for the best WM prepaid to come back…the black preferred prepaid which is the ugliest I got but one of the best for MS purposes. Those who still have this card know what I’m talking about, I wish I could’ve registered for more than two before they discontinued it in Jan 2016
No fees when I load $500 or more per month which is not hard to do with VGCs and loading is free at any WM.
