Eligible class members include anyone who purchased any Chipotle food or Chipotle beverages containing meat or dairy ingredients from Chipotle between April 27, 2015 – June 30, 2016.
Claim to receive $2 per meal for up to $10 without proof of purchase and up to $30 with proof here. Deadline to file is 5/30/2020.
