Scored these dropping off my ink and tech recyle today. Got 2, paid with rewards.

Have to say, this has been a great rebate, well run and fast turn around time. Have already redeemed 3 rebates and each time have had my reward within 24 hours.

The nice thing about it, if you have one receipt for $20, they apply the $5 overage to your next reward, so if you submit for $10 with the next receipt, you get the $5 Rebate.

Went to Big Lots today, had $8.50 on a gift card to use up.

As mentioned, signs everywhere that 1/17 was the last day to use GC’s. Just got some groceries, no real deals, except a couple of clearance items. But better than getting nothing for my $8.50.

My store is one of the ones that will close and reopen, but not sure the timing on all that. Have to say, the store was packed to the gills, no discount on groceries, 5-20% on most, 50% on some Christmas stuff. All is all, a joke.

I am going to miss Big Lots as we knew them, shopped there many times and a number of different locations over the last 20-30 years.

@dangeruss I didn’t think that buying Plus would be as good as spending real money. You have to be a loyal customer to spend $1K. Then, if all the Plus account does is recycle they’re not going to “reward” that account.

The plus accounts I had when they converted to easy rewards remained at 20 carts, despite me spending a ton of money last year. The regular accounts remained at 10 even though I just bought plus.
