Whether it’s Capital One Offers, which requires a CO CC, or Capital One Shopping ,for which any CC is fine, I never get paid, and I disable all browser extensions. See all the negative reviews on both programs.

Health is a pretty broad category. Does it list specific exclusions? My feeling is something like water would get the cash back. Water is essential for life. That’s health!
