Placed the order the evening of 4/2. Picked up the order 4/3 @ 6 p.m. Forwarded the pick-up confirmation email as directed when I got home and received the $25 egift card at 6 a.m 4/4. One of the smoothest promotions ever.

You were supposed to forward the email you received to confirm pick-up, NOT the receipt you get in the club. You might want to consider doing that now.

So my guess is they got overwhelmed over the weekend.

I paid online and got an email saying “Order Pickup confirmation” after I picked them up.

date of purchase, and confirms a Club Pickup (ensure it is within the Purchase Period - as defined in Sections above);
adding a star (*) or checkmark () next to the $50 or more worth of Participating Products identified in the Pickup
receipt; taking a photograph (png, jpeg, pdf, and tiff file types with a maximum file size of 10MB)) of the sales receipt in
its entirety (such photograph, an “Image”) (note: Participants are encouraged to blank out any personal information
that appears on the sales receipt) and submitting a request to participate in the Program, along with the Image, by

I haven’t heard anything from them either. Does anyone know if there’s a contact # we can call?

Finally got my GC. Got a confirmation email on april 16, and the GC the same day (but went into spam, found it just now).

i sent them an email mentioned on the website: “Questions about your gift card? Email help@pepsipickup.com for more info.”I got the GC also, but it was today. As dangerruss says, ti’s coming from Snipps and does land in the spam.
