You no longer allow VPNs?

I use VPN. It was working fine - until 1-mo ago(?)
Now, I keep getting the following Error when accessing phatwalletforums.com“403 Forbidden
nginx/1.12.2”Are you not allowing VPN any more? If yes, why?
[Most financial web sites don’t even disallow VPN.]

I’m getting this too when trying to login via cellphone - Samsung internet AND Chrome. I like to check-in during the day and very rarely am on a computer.

No, I’m still getting the message even though I’ve cleared out the cache.

It’s been on and off. Same server, same ip, same device.

We are using an IP blacklist. Spammers must be using the same VPNs you guys are.

If that is the case, I would expect to get the Error message ALL the time. However, I am getting the Error message some of the time. I have no problem now. My same VPN is on while I am typing this reply.

You are probably bouncing between servers. If you want to send me the IP you’re on while you’re blocked, I can unblock it.
You can go to whatismyip.com to get your IP.

Funny thing. I have to disconnect from my VPN to login to post the above reply. Then I log out and reconnect to my VPN and I noticed that I don’t get the error message any more. I recheck my IP, it is the same as before when I was getting the “403 Forbidden” error message. [I am typing this message with my VPN connected.]
So it appears that the problem may not be the IP ??

So it appears that the problem may not be the IP ??It’s got to be. It’s possible the vpn uses different IPs to go to different sites? Maybe it was using one IP to go here and another to go to whatismyip?
Either way send me the IP that it said wasn’t working, and I’ll take a look.

I’m getting the message too and I’m not using a VPN. It wasn’t working this morning but it is now. Weird.
