I put in the code “PICKDADSGIFT.” it didn’t work. I tried it 4 times. Than I realized I shouldn’t have put in a “.” after the PICKDADSGIFT
Than it worked. I ordered 5 sets, and saved $10 plus shipping, which was $1.25.

The seller is “the” USPS (i.e., the manufacturer). USPS is selling their stamps at full price. The 20% off code is a one day “site-wide” discount directly from eBay. The coupon does not change the amount that USPS gets paid (they get the full amount listed on the product page for each sale).

He’s referring to other sellers who are selling them for less than face value.
