best flip phone plan for luddite

2 plans i’d consider are
$80/PagePlus for 365 days of service and 2,000 voice or texts on Verizon
$90/RedPocket for 365 of service and 500 voice/text/mb each month on any major carrierthough i haven’t received confirmation that Redpocket Essential plan can run on flip phone

@miserly never even heard of redpocket until now, the $10/month 500 plan looks pretty good! where is the $90/yr plan?
i’m currently on t-mobile prepaid $3/month minimum 10c per minute or text, no data. got ~$35 left in there

I’m on a tracfone paying $5.83 a month, but it’s for a year of service and I have built up 5000 mins i rarely use

they sell annual plans on ebay exclusively.
