@bobbybore, I have the 12 cup Bialleti and I love that thing, but I love VERY dark coffee/espresso.
I regulate how dark the coffee gets by adding less grounds when brewing. I have tried a whole mess of other brewing methods and contraptions but the simple Bialleti is the best.
