Do you find the 3qt to be pretty functional / useful? I also wondered about the smaller sizes.

@gremln007 I use my 3 qt about once a week. Rarely do I wish I had larger one. Very happy with the smaller footprint. I think of it as a time saver but TBH I think food cooked in it doesn’t always taste as good. Rice is fine but some things need more time to develop full flavor. I’d never make soup in it.
