Was not allowing me to checkout for some reason.Where are you getting stuck, and what exactly happens/is there an error message? I can see the offer in ny cart in Chrome (PC). When I click the blue “buy now” button, I get the PayPal login screen.
Maybe try closing and restarting your browser, clearing cookies, restarting your device, using a different browser, or using a different device,

Wow, I thought you were having a routine technical issue and couldn’t get past the cart. I’ve never even heard of this issue before. It almost sounds like an issue with your specific account. If you haven’t exceeded the purchase limit of 1 (thanks @bhoup ), I’d still try all of the troubleshooting tips I mentioned previously. If none work, I’d call PayPal… they may be able to identify/fix the problem, tell you why your account is prohibited, and/or place the order for you.

Thanks OP. Did this a few days ago. I had never bought a giftcard through paypal. It was easy. I did get a few emails from PP saying it wasn’t ready yet etc. It was all done though within 1 business day. Already used part of it…

FYI guys… I bought one when this was first posted. It only let me get one, but now I just was able to get another one. 😀
Edit:. It let me purchase two in separate transactions. I tried a third but was rejected.

I think paypal is on discovers 5% list in this quarter so you can combine this? If this deal is still around tomorrow i will try to get one.
