I find these discounts to be relatively generous.
While I love the $15 off $75 discounts because it’s 20% off if your total is close to $75, the percentage off decreased if you had to spend more than that (e.g., it would only be 7.5% off $200) and, at the other end of the spectrum, not everyone always has $75 worth of stuff to buy so they’d either buy stuff they don’t want/need or not use the deal. The nice thing about this offer is that there is no minimum spend requirement, yet you still get a decent discount and, on the other end of the spectrum, you can save way more than $15 if you have a large total (anything over $150 saves more than $15). The value depends on what your needs are.
