Program Terms:

1. One Carefree ® , Stayfree®, or Playtex® Feminine products must be purchased at a participating Walmart store between 11/1/18 and 12/31/18. (Minimum purchase threshold is $5.97).

2. Receipt must show retailer name, date, time, receipt total, and qualifying purchase. Each receipt can only be submitted once.

3. Limited to two (2) submissions per customer.

4. Receipt submission must be submitted by 1/15/19 at 11:59:59 PM (PT) or while supplies last – whichever occurs first.

Submission Instructions:

Snap a picture of the Walmart receipt. Ensure it clearly shows (1) the purchase of any one participating Carefree®, Stayfree®, or Playtex® product (2) date and time of purchase and (3) the total amount of the transaction.
