No foreign transaction fees is good but not sufficient if the currency conversion rate is stinko.

Ahhh…I misunderstood your original query…
I was operating under the assumption that a daily conversion rate is a set rate across the board, based on the stock market…it didn’t occur to me that CC companies might set their own rates, like the currency exchange kiosks located in international airports and train stations do…
Would PayPal be an option? I’ve used it to purchase items on eBay in various currencies, and the exchange rates always seemed decent…I don’t recall being charged any transaction fees…
PayPal’s Xoom seems to be limited to transferring currency…
