Word on the street is that some Target Circle360 members are receiving offers for FREE annual membership renewals in their Target Circle Offers, even if they received and took advantage of the free membership offer last year.

The offer requires agreeing to the membership terms again and setting the plan on auto-renewal; annual membership will auto-renew for $99, unless canceled before renewal (one can turn off auto-renew at anytime).

It’s speculated that turning off auto-renew now might trigger the offer if the current membership is about to expire; my plan expires in 3 weeks, so I just turned auto-renew off and will be keeping my eye out for any offers before then.

IIRC, my eligibility last year was contingent upon making a certain number of certain $ purchases within a certain period of time in order to earn $ in Circle Rewards and qualify for the free membership, so there may be hoops to jump through to qualify for this offer again.
