Thanks. If it’s not $10/$10 or $10/$30 any department it’s not worth it to me. Last year I received 10% off total order vaccine q’s and gave them away.

I recall looking at this in the past and not doing it because I didn’t want to give my health information and to receive annoying emails telling me to get more exercise. 
Do you receive the points just for scheduling the appointment? What can you do with 10K Sincerely Health points?
I received $91.31 via PayPal today. I’d previously received a payment for $11. I’m guessing they’re distributing what’s remaining of the $10M after they paid all the claims.
I’d submitted many Wheat Thin receipts for iBotta and the receipt scans were retrieve-able on the app. iBotta even had receipts that were ineligible because they were dated prior to the earliest purchase date in October 2018. Shaw’s receipts were available through one’s purchase history. I was able to retrieve digital receipts for 20+ boxes.
