I got an email from AMEX today (12/17/20), that there was another Shop Small spend $10 and get $5 back, good until 12/31/20. I went to my AMEX account but it was not there. Did anyone else get a similar email?

Yes, got the same email. When I click on the link in the email to save offer to card, I get “The system cannot validate your Card information at this time. Please try again in a few hours.”

There is a second link in the email for “Have additional Cards?” Clicking on that link brings you to a form to enter your name and credit card number. When I tried that, I got “Unfortunately, this card is not eligible for this offer.”
