“Get $10 Off a Future Purchase at eBay When You Make $50 in Eligible Purchases with PayPal Credit” Terms and Conditions:

“Eligible Participant”: Open only on eBay to holders of a U.S. personal (including PayPal, PayPal Cash and PayPal Cash Plus), premier or business PayPal account in good standing (“Valid account with PayPal”), who currently have a valid PayPal Credit account that is open and in good standing (“Valid account with PayPal Credit”), receive an authorized email from PayPal Credit containing the offer link (“Offer Link”) and click the Offer Link to activate the offer (eligibility for/those who receive such an email will be determined solely by PayPal Credit). Offer Link must be activated in order to be eligible to qualify for the Reward.
“Eligible Purchase(s)”: Purchases made in USD at eBay using a valid PayPal Credit account. Eligible Purchases do not include:
(1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made in USD at eBay using PayPal .me; (4) purchases made prior to activating the Offer Link; and (5) transactions that settle on or after October 21, 2020.
“Activation Period”: Ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 14, 2020.
“Qualification Period”: Ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 14, 2020.
“Redemption Period”: Reward will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid account with PayPal no later than October 21, 2020. The Reward will expire on April 14, 2021.
“Reward”: $10 USD voucher that will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid account with PayPal for personal or premier accounts. For business accounts, the Reward will only be visible during checkout and on the purchase transaction receipt(s).

How to Qualify: Eligible Participants must receive and activate the Offer Link, make $50 USD or more of Eligible Purchases using their Valid PayPal Credit Account during the Qualification Period that subsequently post to the account. It may take up to seven (7) days for the Eligible Purchase(s) to be reflected in the valid PayPal Credit account before October 21, 2020. Additional purchases made during the Qualification Period will not result in an additional Reward. For certain offers as described in the invitation for the offer, Eligible Participants must activate the offer by following the steps in the invitation prior to qualifying.

How to Redeem: Once received, activated, and qualified for, the Reward will be applied automatically to the Eligible Participant’s next Eligible Purchase made during the Redemption Period using the Valid account with PayPal that qualified the Eligible Participant to receive the Reward. The Reward must be redeemed at eBay during the Redemption Period and may only be redeemed at eBay as described in these terms & conditions. Use of the Reward at eBay will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s at eBay PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her valid account with PayPal. There is a limit of one (1) Reward. Eligible Participant must have a valid account with PayPal in good standing at time of Reward fulfillment in order for the Reward to be applied.

Miscellaneous: Redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. The Reward has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid account with PayPal, except in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned, PayPal will first refund the cash spent in the form of a credit to Eligible Participant’s PayPal balance; purchase amount in excess of the cash spent (i.e., the value of the Reward) will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid account with PayPal and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward.
