Does anyone know how to find out which points expire when? I’m looking for something similar to the old “Points Ageing”.

@dstoye Wish I could help. I have wondered the same thing. There doesn’t seem to be a way to find " points aging" in the current program.

@dstoye I’ve tried to find it also without success. I’ve also noticed that they’ve reverted to allowing only one entry at a time when redeeming points. In the beginning of this new program it was only one entry at a time, then for awhile you could make multiple entries at once, but now it’s back to one entry. It’s a frustrating program for sure.

A while ago, they sent e-mails letting you know how many were going to expire at months end. I had like 2 million, and blew them all on what I wanted to win and did not win. Booooooo!

I received only 300 points instead of 600. I sent an email to rewards@sacbee.com asking to be credited the missing 300 points.

Got the same message and used my 3MM on the Glenn Miller Show…and actually won one of the 4 prizes.
Show was great for all of us old folks who remember those days…
Today I used 250 on a salad cook book …was supposed to immediately down load…never came…I’m giving up on the Bee Game…it’s not worth the aggravation.

Hello Vicki:
Thank you for contacting SacBee Rewards, the Sacramento Bee’s rewards program.
Reader Quest is being changed to 300 points each day. The points were to be changed on the Get Points page effective today, but since it is still showing 600 points, the additional 300 points will be added to your account.

In regards to expiring points, here is the response I received…
Ms. Bell,
Expiring points are not currently listed on a member’s account, but we are working with the development team to have this information on the My Activities page soon.
