This application helps you to extract character based data or text data from Image files using Image processing techniques. OCR can be used online and offline also. It uses the tesseract library which is an offline solution to the text extraction process in OCR and it also uses Google Vision API which is an online solution to the text extraction process in OCR. During the tests, the accuracy of the process proved to be better when internet was switched on so it is recommended to turn on your internet for better results.
