Sweepstakes Period: The Check `n Go Share the Magic Facebook Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on December 6, 2017 8:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on December 20, 2017 11:59PM, EST (“Term”).

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are above the age of majority in the state or territory in which they reside at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Check `n Go and its affiliated companies and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. There is only one (1) way to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

Enter the sweepstakes form found on the “$100 Giveaway” tab on the Sponsor’s Facebook page during the Sweepstakes period.
Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person/Facebook profile. You may also get bonus entries by sharing the link provided after entry. You will get one (1) bonus entry for each friend who enters the sweepstakes (up to 25 bonus entries). Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected or mutilated entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor will not accept forged, altered, mechanically reproduced or facsimile entries. By providing an email address, you consent to receive promotional information, offers, and other email marketing messages from Sponsor.

Prizes: Sponsor will award three (3) winners with one (1) $100 Visa e-gift card each. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

Winner Selection: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries during the Promotion Period. This selection will take place on December 21, 2017. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Independent Sweepstakes Administrator. Potential winners will be contacted by e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the sweepstakes form page or the mail-in entry. Failure to return requested information within five (5) business days, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in the prize being forfeited. An alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be fulfilled 5-10 business days after the conclusion of the promotion. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Odds of winning each prize are dependent upon number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Limit one (1) prize per individual/household during the Term. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Any and all taxes and costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting any prize, winners consent to use of his/her name or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Any information collected will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.checkngo.com/pdf/privacy.pdf. (the “Policy”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have agreed to such Policy and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with such Policy.

Conduct: By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sponsor website; (b) violating these Official Rules; © violating the rules of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and related entities (collectively, “Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize from or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Internet: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
