The case number they list seems to be valid. Several legit sites associate that number with the Move Free Advanced false advertising class action suit, including Top Class Actions

I would contact them directly and tell them that you do not click through email links due to rampant fraud and ask for another method of claiming your settlement… that is unless you never filed a claim for this, in which case ignore everything I said above, delete the email, and keep it moving.
