To claim your reward, just log in on the Verizon app, click on the Verizon Up tab, head over to the Special Offers section, and select your reward. You have until November 18th to use your gift card.

No luck for me, but did notice a new one starting tomorrow for 4 free movie tickets from Fandango. Kicks off @ noon MT so should be 10am ET
