@connman Not sure about the dropping to 0 if you had a lot of points, that might have been a temporary system error, but the points have always “expired” on a rolling basis 1 yr after they were earned. It used to be by month, and you would get e-mails saying XXXX points will expire at the end of the month.
Now it seems like they changed it to multiple expiration dates during the month, so they are expiring more often during the month. Since I’ve been on they My Perks page every day now for the trivia, it’s shown different amounts of points expiring first 900 on 11/14, then 780 on 11/18, 720 on 11/20, and now 620 on 11/22. Most likely they are points I earned in small amounts over many days for a similar promotion like the current one last year, which is why I think they are expiring in small amounts now every few days.
Since we’re earning points every day/week right now, and if they are expiring every few days from last year as well, the point balances could be jumping up and down on a regular basis until the current promotion ends.

Today I watched both the movie trailer (Once upon a time in Hollywood) and the bonus video (Sign in at box) so I earned two spins. Neither spin won anything but I got the message I would be given 25 points after each spin. I received 25 for only my second spin. I logged out and back in. The missing points did not appear. Is anyone else having this trouble?
