ShopRunner Memberships Now Free to All Mastercard Wold & World Elite Holders

ShopRunner is a service that provides free 2-day shipping and free return shipping at various online merchants. Historically, only American Express cardholders received this membership service free, indefinitely. The rest of us had to hope to catch an occasional offer for a 1 or 2 year membership.
A couple of months ago I saw an offer for a free ShopRunner membership on my Sllie Mae Barclay Commence Mastercard account page. The terms were vague, but implied that this is a permanent offer… and it also sounded like it may also apply to all Mastercards, just like it applies to all Amex cards.
I was hesitant to post about this. not knowing for sure. However, today I see that the ShopRunner home page says “Complimentary Memberships: In partnership with American Express and Mastercard”… so it’s official!
