This is an old, verified fake. It is listed in the Fake Freebies sticky. “The Spicy Gourmet is a fake business, attempting to align itself with a real business, Santa Barbara Spice Company.” It’s a form of Brandjacking, not too mention the website has NO Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, yet allegedly sells products.

Fake site does not link to real one. Fake site does not share same domain as real. Fake site 'sells’ spices, but accepts nothing but PayPal for payment (the scammers will happily take your money, while you get nothing in return). The real Santa Barbara Spice Company does not sell spices online, website is strictly an information site. The Find Us page ( ) lists the area vendors carrying their products. They do not link to The Spicy Gourmet. There is a brief privacy policy on product page. Since they neither sell, nor have an email list, they aren’t required to have a Terms of Use, as you aren’t ‘using’ the website.
