It’s strange that it let you post with the file location showing as “(Uploading 100%)” since that means it is almost but not quite done. Usually you just get an error message and are prevented from posting before the next step when the final name is assigned. Try it again but wait longer and see if that fixes the problem.
ETA: make sure that your image is saved as one of the required file types and you’re not seeing an error message in the bottom right hand corner that says “Error
Invalid file type. Allowed types are: .png, .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .ico, .pdf, .txt, .jpeg”).Is this the picture you wanted?
