This is from the FAQ. Hope it helps!

"Why is the system telling me I reached my purchase limit?

To keep things fair, each month members may earn points for up to one bag sized 18.5 lbs or larger, or up to two bags sized 16 lbs or smaller. If you believe you haven’t reached your limit yet, please send us an email at myperks@catchow.com and include the UPC and MFG codes you’re trying to enter. We’ll help get things figured out."
