UPS My Choice Premium 1 year code in Shoprunner email - YMMV?

Just got an email from Shoprunner, which I get free from AMEX, which had a code for a FREE 1 - year membership to UPS My Choice Premium. Automatic renewal, so cancel that.

Are you sure?In my email there is no mention of 1 year limit.It seems for ever like shop runner.
