Not sure what the “Over molds” are about, but for $10 more you can get a Black & Decker 20-Volt drill with two Li-Ion batteries from Walmart.
Imo, worth the extra dough as those 20V batteries can be used in lots of other 20V B&D tools as well, including even yard tools like weed trimmers, etc.
