Public Voting – PHASE 2: Beginning March 20, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. PT the Station will post the top 50 valid entries (those that received the highest number of votes during Phase 1 Voting) on its website and invite listeners to vote on the entry submissions. Deadline for Phase 2 public voting is March 27, 2019 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.Voting is limited to one vote per verified email address per day. If an entrant receives irregular or fraudulent votes or multiple votes from the same user or users in one day, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other sources, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the finalist in its sole discretion.
In the event of two or more contestants have the same number of votes; the Station will elect a panel of judges to determine the finalist(s) based on the judging criteria, listed herein. ALL DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES AND SPONSOR REGARDING THE FINALISTS AND IN REGARD TO ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ELIGIBILITY) SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.
Final Judging Period: Entrants agree that all decisions made by the Sponsor and judges relating to any and all issues related to this Contest are final and binding. At the conclusion of the final voting deadline, the top five (5) submissions with the absolute highest vote count will be judged to determine the winner. On or about March 28, 2019 the Sponsor will designate a panel of judges to determine one winner from the selected top five (5) submissions. The Sponsor and designated panel of judges will determine the prize winner using the equally weighted judging criteria listed below. ALL DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES WILL BE FINAL. In the event of a tie, tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first judging criteria, continuing thereafter to each judging criteria in order, as needed, to break the tie. The winner will be announced on March 29, 2019.

•Quality of photo (lighting and clarity of image) (25%)
•Theme or setting of the photo (25%)
