@puggle hit your small icon on the upper right hand corner of the screen (mine is highlighted in yellow below) and a list of statuses will pop down that has multiple statuses that you can pick. You probably hit on “do not disturb” by accident.
I think everything works the same when you are in “do not disturb” status but it changes your icon to the color coded status (Red). When I change my status to “do not disturb”, my dot turns red on my icon that appears in posts (see below).
Just change your status back to “online” and your dot will be green when you are online and blank when you logoff.
