I’ve been taking advantage of this offer since the day they started. I used to use the mail in slips, but now do the online exclusively.
I have ordered items from Home Depot at their kiosk and had the items shipped to me.

I have ordered items from Home Depot website while I was at home and picked up the in-stock and eligible items the store.
No matching with Menards 11% (it’s a different receipt format!)
When this happens, I return the item and buy it right back immediately.
(I’ve done this only when I’ve ordered something online when I didn’t realize that the 11% match was on, such as ordering things on Saturday night and picking them up on a Sunday when they announce the rebate match.)
If I see an item on the shelf at Home Depot, buy it and they match the 11%.

As you can see, In stock merchandise only, not valid on special order, select SKUs are excluded such as commodity items, bulk discount, and value priced items.
Not valid on services, rentals, or labor.
Not valid for Gift Card purchases, Weber Grills, and John Deere products.
What I HAVE noticed when submitting online rebates is that when you copy and paste the receipt number from the receipt that they mail me, sometimes it takes - sometimes it gets denied. If denied, I do it again and eliminate all the spaces in the receipt number.
