I used VNC to pull the audio out of the raw file.
I used Audacity to do some noise reduction on the audio.
I used Shotcut to edit the actual videos and add the Audio back into files.
Then I used DVDStyler to create the actual .iso files to burn.

Using the audio editor works pretty good.
We ended up putting a small metal bucket at the end to make a good bang when the test car hit it.
Initial testing went exactly as expected.
From slowest to fastest.
no weight / front / middle / back.
