Yes, exactly, the only purpose of the credit card dispute is so I won’t have to pay in full until something is resolved.

I’ve been on ebay for over 20 years, only given out one negative… this will be #2. I’m glad most ebay sellers (1000’s of items purchased) are honest!

I expect what I paid for or a 50% refund without this massive waste of my time.

This seller is conducting absolute fraud. They will not honor the BOGO offer I paid for at the $119.99 price tag… They just keep telling me to return the item and wish for the offer to return in the future. Ebay offers different advise depending on who you talk to, then eventually transferred me to a Paypal recording that gives WRONG instructions on how to open a claim online. I called Paypal back and finally talked to a human who sent me a link to the claim process.

I have now created a claim inside Paypal and with my credit card card company. What a waste of time this problem is.

Yep, just as I figured, they sent me only one phone. When I asked about my second phone they gave me the nonsense about I was supposed to add two phones to my cart to get one free. I sent a second message telling them that I had done that only to see the price double… We’ll see how they respond.

A couple (few?) days ago they had BOGOF with specific instructions to add two items to the shopping cart to receive one free… I feel I’m going to receive one phone and have to complain vehemently. I already have and use this model phone, but the CDMA service is awful in my area, a visitor recently had full signal with T-mobile… I’m keeping my fingers crossed

I think it’s $119.99 BOGOF or $79.99 for one single unit.
I ordered BOGOF the other day, but when I put two in my cart it charged for two, so I hope I receive two units as I could only choose one case color…

Was it a regular or a super-center Walmart?
