@mmyk I just went to Target for this. This is handled by a 3rd party in the Electronics department. They open at 10am (local time and not when Target opens).
Their system had a problem so the guy told me they couldn’t exchange the gift card. In any case, you get 50% of the value of your gift card. What a scam!!! And this program is always running.
Didn’t see this info here. Posting in Hot Deals so that it catches the most attention.
It is still working in some states based on various sources, but the window is closing in.

Amen. Privacy is of utmost importance and not up for compromise. I only use duckduckgo.com. It is quite puzzling so many people are not aware of this awesome search engine.

Has anyone confirmed whether the offer is limited to the cards shown or to all cards except SR, Visa, MC? I went to ShopRite yesterday and there were no signs and the customer service was useless. They read the same useless, confusing T & C in the flyer.
Just went to Shoprite. Checked with the customer service about the Gift Card promotion. She showed me internal memo that was sent mid-week. They had many issues with the gift card…people not reading the terms, etc. So they extended the promotion to all cards except Shoprite, MC, and Visa. I just bought a couple of them (one per shoprite plus card) with Chase Pay.
Many people had the same issue per reviews on Amazon. I got my Lyft gift card refunded. As of yesterday (7/13/18), Amazon is not selling Lyft gift cards. I suppose to fix the issue, etc.
@my4mainecoons Thx. I am going pay some medical bills with visa next week and then get it reimbursed from my HSA acct. Better than paying directly to service providers and not get anything.
