@MrVietnam note, there are both $1.99-2.19 varieties and $3.19-3.29 types based on size of the item. So be sure you grab the lower price ones, they are usually altogether in the same area.

Found 8 (last at one store, 6 at another. got credited as expected on 2 Plenti cards, best thing about it, I had Bonus Cash to roll and that covered it all with some other items on my order. (had a $20 BC from the 20/50 deal back in early January).

@dionaea Yes, and totally different types of stuff on sale this week.

The PB at 65c each is a nice deal as are the raisins, especially if they wind up being free. even at 49c a 6 pack, great deal.

I find I can only load up on so many snack items, (ie, bags of popcorn) so it’s nice to have some other choices to burn these coupons on. I don’t mind the OOP if the deal is really good.

@tuskers your opinion about price isn’t the issue, it’s the value according to the website.

I do believe AMEX will allow them to be converted to ‘something’, whether that’s Amex Points, to be used on gift cards they link (since GC’s are part of Membership Rwards redemptions). Allowing them to become worthless could open them up to a good deal of negative publicity and possibly lawsuits depending on state consumer laws.

@mrvietnam yes, you are right Mr. V. realized that myself, only after I paid for the stuff and was scratching my head until I realized they rang up 2/$6.

However, I did make out like a bandit on one CVS card, they had the signs over the 75% clearance RG’s, at $1.17 ea, had 2 of those and a $3.49 one. ECB didn’t print, first the manager gives a song/dance that the clearance ones didn’t qualify and I said, well, you have the signs by them, so you need to honor it. I don’t think she believed me, she went back to check, came back holding the sign with a look of defeat and printed my $4 Ecb out. LOL. The SStar came thru on the clearance ones.
