Did anyone else notice that their co51 teddy Grahams offer increased from $1/2 to $1 each?!?! The go-paks cups are $1.79 reg price/$1.43 gold, buy 4 get $4 from co51 and $2BC wyb 4. My store only had 3 teddy Grahams, so I got 2 and 2 Ritz bits big bags cuz they are cheaper @ $1.59 reg price/$1.27 gold(and let’s face it, theyre yummier)and I submitted for $1/2 ritz co51. You could also get yr teddy Grahams Target where they are $1-$1.09 for the cups.

** This is the week for the deal I have been looking forward to. Perfect storm on Blue Diamond Almonds. They are part of a monthly deal, spend $9 get $3 BC, limit 4. This week they are also part of a spend $12 get $4 BC, lim 2. They will also be on sale bogo and the ad says there will be a coupon in the paper.
Blue Diamond almonds are $4.99 a can RR. If my math is right, you could get 12 cans for $12.94 (or, $1.08 a can) BEFORE any man Qs you use. That would be $4.99 x 6 (BOGO makes 12) for $29.94 and get $3 BC x 3 and $4 BC x 2 bringing down the price for 12 to $12.94 before any man Qs you may have**
Wondering if all those BCs actually came out?? Also, any coupons for the almonds?
Yes, the BCs actually came out as I described. I did the deal myself. There was a Blue Diamond almonds coupon in last Sunday’s paper (5/13 SS) for $1.50 off 2 as I posted already. If you throw in a few $1 Hydralytes with the $2 coupon you can bring the price down another several dollars, too.

Yes, you get 30% off the regular retail price, which may make the item cheaper than the sale price. HTH
But if sale price is lower, it’ll use the 30% price? So if I have a few other items plus the Hydralyte, the Hydralyte will be 30% off $10.xx instead of $1?
If the sale price is lower then that is what you get. You get the lowest of the sale or 30% off the regular retail price. In your Hydralyte example, $1 is much lower than 30% off regular retail, so Hydralyte will remain $1.

@MrVietnam re the Coppertone/Fandango offer
-
did you submit, and did you receive a code yet? did it take 48 hours as they state on the reply text?
-
with respect to the one submission per receipt upload, if you bought 4 on one receipt, can you just upload the same receipt a 2nd time for the 2nd ticket credit? not sure if you know on that…pretty sure you bought 4, but not if all were on one order.
thanks.
Hi MisterCheap,
To answer your questions about the Coppertone movie offer:
-
I did submit my two receipts on Saturday morning and yes, it took 48 hours almost to the hour, but of course I submitted on a weekend so maybe that increased the processing time. I read on another board someone who submitted their receipts and they got their codes within only 18 hours
-
Per the offer terms and conditions I copy and pasted from last week’s thread, it says "Limit 2 promotional codes per person and one promotional code per receipt submission. " The 2 promotional codes per person is easy to circumvent by just texting from a different mobile phone number, but it is pretty clear that they will only accept one submission per receipt. So maybe if you bought 4 on one receipt you may be out of luck. You have nothing to lose by submitting the same receipt twice, but they may recognize it as already having been submitted. You may try to take a different picture of that same receipt but change the angle of the receipt a little bit. That may (or may not) help if the receipt is read by a computer and not a person. Luckily for me my store did not have enough stock to buy 4 at one time, so I had to go to two separate stores and buy 2 at each on different receipts.
That Coppertone offer was a really good deal. Pennies for a small bottle of lotion plus a free $12 Fandango movie code.
Here is a link to the terms and conditions of the offer so you can read them for yourself. By the way, in the terms it says the Fandango code must be redeemed by 8/31/18,but when you actually receive the codes they say they must be used by 7/31/18.

RE: KMART - Spend $30+, get $30 back in points (some exclns) (points paid out $10 per week for 3 weeks)
@mistercheap said in KMART - Spend $30+, get $30 back in points (some exclns):
@mrvietnam said in KMART - Spend $30+, get $30 back in points (some exclns):
I think it is online only. Is that correct?
How can I tell what the exclusions for this particular offer are? Can I do the deal only once per Shop Your Way account?
Appears to be online only, but in store pick up is allowed and it DOES include grocery/pet/household items.
Not sure if there’s a double dip on the Smart Sense items as those have 25% back on $5+ purchases. if so, and you spend $30, you’d get $37.50 back in points. YMMV.
If it shows the spend $30, get $30 in red under the item you’re interested in, you’re good. Can’t find any T&C on this offer yet. Assuming 1x per account since it is online and easy for them to track it.
There probably will be a double dip opportunity if you buy Smartsense item since grocery items are allowed, at least it was a double dip in the past. Good find. Thanks, MC.

The Persil deal turned into a $3.01 MM for me. The register took all three of my coupons off (the $2 targeted L2C, the $2 Rite Aid coupon I got in the mail a few days ago, and the $2 man printable Q I had) plus I will get $2 from Savingstar. So $8 off a $4.99 bottle of Persil. I made sure to have $2 overage in my order to absorb the extra money I got in coupons.
With the Persil purchases I am now down to $568.17 in Bonus Cash with unknown expiration dates over my two Plenti cards. I am a teacher and am now off for the summer, so I will have plenty (Plenti?) of time to do many Rite Aid runs to work that balance down so I don’t have to lose part of it due to expiration. Since of course there will not be enough freebies and MMs to make up that kind of money, I will have to look for items that are reasonably priced and stock up on those too.

Went to RA yesterday to pick up a med. Was told by more than one cashier that there are a version of my name 3 times, middle initial is different on each one and none are right lol. Anyways, she said no matter, there will be ANOTHER program starting in July it will be a RA card. I told her it was probably signing up for all these programs that have me on 3 names.
This applies to stores that are not changing to Walgreens. Had lunch with that poster this past week…
My store is not changing to Walgreens, so it looks like I will be getting new Rite Aid cards. I would hope they are hanging onto the Bonus Cash program and just giving you new Rite Aid cards that only said “Rite Aid” on them and removed the Plenti verbiage. I am surprised a memo hasn’t leaked yet detailing the change.

@mrvietnam If all you purchased was the 5 Birds Eye then I suspect you’ll receive credit for having purchased one item. What will be fixed is that you’ll finally have credit for that purchase.
Looks like they have fixed the issue on both fronts: receipts not being processed and the same items not counting more than once. I just logged into my account and it said I have 5 participating products and it let me cash out for a $5 virtual Visa card, so it looks like more frozen veggies here I come. Can anyone think of any better scenarios than getting $1 frozen veggies? The vietual Visa card I printed today has an expiration date of 7/31/18.

RE: Kroger & Affiliates: $0.99 Kraft Mayo, Miracle Whip, & Heinz Ketchup AC This Saturday & Sunday Only
You may also be able to use manufacturer coupons if you have any if the discount is due to a store coupon. The last time they had the cereal 5x Saturday deal I was able to use manufacturer coupons because the discount was listed as “store coupon.” This time around it just prints “eCPN ketchup” and “eCPN mayo” on the receipt, so I am not sure what kind of a discount it is attributed to.
There was a Kraft mayo coupon in the 5/13 SS and there is due to be another in tomorrow’s (6/17 SS) if you can still find any stock tomorrow that is.

@mrvietnam Yes, found it today,
upc 016500574286
make sure under Alka Seltzer it says “PM”
Thanks, MC, for the relatively quick reply. I had looked for this product a couple weeks ago at two Rite Aids but didn’t find the count needed for the rebate. They must have recently just started carrying this count size. The good news is by buying this bottle tonight it gave me another $5 in Bonus Cash from the buy $25, get $5 bonus (that ends tonight), so with the bonus and manufacturer coupon this will end up being not only free but a MM.
I just hope I will get the $5 Bonus Cash bonuses for several purchases I made on Sunday, 7/1. Over my two cards I should have received the $5 bonus 5 times, so no small change. The bonus didn’t start tracking (although no running total was ever printed on any of my receipts) and awarding the bonus until Monday, 7/2. If it was like last time Rite Aid will send out an e-mail in a week or two saying there was a technical difficulty and issue owed bonuses.

RE: Buy Heinz Ketchup 32oz - Get Free Heinz Mayo 30oz $2.88 in-store @ Walmart
Thanks. In for 2 ketchups (and mayos). Never tried Heinz mayo yet. Looking forward to it. I looked up Heinz mayo 30 oz at walmart.com and that alone costs $3.88, so to get both for $2.88 is a steal. This deal is also available online. I ordered mine online with in-store pick up. However, it won’t be available for pick up until 7/11.

I didn’t even know they sold GCs at Whole Foods. I wonder if my store just doesn’t carry them. Where are they located?
Not sure. I will go later today. I was just passing on information from another deal board of several people who have confirmed they have them and it works. After they made the purchase they got the e-mail confirmation from Amazon.
Just back from Whole Foods. The gift cards are located near the Hangar Bar, next to the customer service desk in the front of the store. I bought a variable load Home Depot card and put the minimum required $15 load and I instantly got the Amazon e-mail confirmation.

RE: Dollar General cashier calls police on black woman trying to use Dollar Gen. Digital coupons
@mistercheap said in Dollar General cashier calls police on black woman trying to use Dollar Gen. Digital coupons:
@fivetalents Takes coupon nazi to a new level.
Ridiculous to call 911 on someone trying to use a coupon, and in this case, likely legitimately.
When these store managers not only lose their jobs but also get charged for abusing the 911 system, it will put a stop to such a misuse of this.
Can you imagine… “911, what’s your emergency”, “yes, @MrVietnam is in my store, he has $800 in bonus cash on his RA account and he’s trying to use a a BOGO coupon and double dip on Twizzlers! Better get the SWAT team here pronto!!”
Well, MC, I will have you know I am down to $37.62 Bonus Cash on one card and $54.57 on the other card, so no more multi-hundreds in Bonus Cash.
I decided to get a lot of Blue Diamond almonds online with my 25% off anniversary coupon I got on both accounts. They give you 25% off on top of Gold pricing when you use it online. So I bought 40 cans of almonds on two separate accounts (so total of 80 cans of almonds). I like almonds if you couldn’t tell already. They are a healthy snack. All told I am getting each 6 oz can of Blue Diamond almonds for $1.87. They are $4.99 RR at Rite Aid and $3.69 at Target, for example. So I am getting almost half off even the Target price.
From now on I am going to try just to keep $50 or less on each card. Having so much money on the cards knowing it could expire at anytime was giving me unneeded stress.

RE: Amex Offer: Spend $25 or more, get $5 back at Staples - YMMV
Amazing. I got this offer on all 4 of my Am Ex cards. Now what to buy in the no rebate era. I guess it means 20% off a $25 gift card of my choice at Staples now through the end of the month.
EDIT: I guess the trick of opening different tabs and saving the offer on all of your cards doesn’t work anymore. I had the offer on all of my cards and tried to do the multiple tab trick to save it to all 4 cards, but it only saved to one. How long has the multiple tab trick stopped working?Any workaround for this for future offers? If not, perhaps it is time to start closing some of my Am Ex cards. I got a lot of Am Ex cards to get multiple offers when good offers came around, but if there is no way to do that anymore I don’t see the point in keeping so many Am Ex cards.
I noticed that it has different T&C. Most offers say “limit 1 per amex card” or “1 per amex online account.” This offer says “Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member” and “Limit of 1 statement credit(s) per Card Member.” This sounds like they won’t give you credit if you manage to enroll multiple amex cards in the same offer.

@mrvietnam said in Office Depot 100% rewards items 8/9 - 8/12 - Sharpie - Filler Paper - Sticky Notes - Puffs - Labels - Ream paper IN STORE ONLY:
There is a 30% off a $30 online or in store purchase coupon that came in an email blast yesterday. It expires tomorrow. Check your email to see if you received it. It will lower your OOP so you don’t have to spend as much to get your 100% back in rewards.
Thanks for the heads up, although I do get confused when it comes to using $$ off coupons and also receiving member rewards. I don’t want to miss out on either…what is the rule of thumb to get the best deals?
whatever you pay net after coupons on free a/rewards deals is what you get back. you don’t make money, just save on up front OOP and some sales tax perhaps.
Something to remember though is that IF this was a “purchase and get $xx.xx amount back” deal instead of a 100% rewards back deal it would have been a MM after using the coupon I referenced.
So for example if you bought batteries priced at $14.99 (with a set rewards amount of $14.98 back), then you would get $14.98 back no matter what your OOP price was. So you could apply coupons, manufacturer coupons, etc and it will not reduce rewards amounts.
As MusterCheap said though, this deal is 100% in rewards back, with the amount back being based on your OOP price
