i bought a box of tates chocolate chip cookies from costco (9.99).
my rebate was denied:

i submitted 2 claims, 2 days apart. The first one, says the payment is processing.
The second one says this: We are working on getting your Claim Tracking Number added to the new system. Please call us at 833-235-1063 for further information.

Anyone else get that message?
