@connman Not sure about the dropping to 0 if you had a lot of points, that might have been a temporary system error, but the points have always “expired” on a rolling basis 1 yr after they were earned. It used to be by month, and you would get e-mails saying XXXX points will expire at the end of the month.

Now it seems like they changed it to multiple expiration dates during the month, so they are expiring more often during the month. Since I’ve been on they My Perks page every day now for the trivia, it’s shown different amounts of points expiring first 900 on 11/14, then 780 on 11/18, 720 on 11/20, and now 620 on 11/22. Most likely they are points I earned in small amounts over many days for a similar promotion like the current one last year, which is why I think they are expiring in small amounts now every few days.

Since we’re earning points every day/week right now, and if they are expiring every few days from last year as well, the point balances could be jumping up and down on a regular basis until the current promotion ends.

Tried STOP and then VALPAK again, says “I didn’t catch that”. If it is working for anyone else, it’s probably only people who haven’t done it the past few months, but if you have recently, you can’t do it again.

It definitely didn’t work for many people apparently, and it was supposed to be credited by 2/27, so if you didn’t get any points, chat with support to get them. I had e-mails that confirmed my “entry”, but I didn’t get any points. They seem to be pretty willing to add the points, so I think they know it didn’t work for a lot of people. Tell them how many you got correct, and they should give you the points.

Nope, had my own codes. A couple of us just suggested some alternate ways of sharing codes, and you got snippy about it.

You’re certainly free to do whatever you want with your codes, just as we are free to suggest anyone generously sharing their codes could offer them via chat or send them to Hope2K to share with forum members rather then posting them out in the open where they often will be leeched as you put it.

It’s not the same question for everyone the same day, depends on when you started, and if you miss a day, you’ll get the previous day’s question when everyone else is on the next question, kind of goofy but that’s how it’s working.

I think they added this since the promotion first started, but in teeny tiny small print it now says Please allow up to 48 hrs for activities to register.

I did the wish list and it definitely took at least one day if not two before the circle changed to allow a spin for that activity.

You can only do each activity once, use one spin per day, but you can do the daily trivia every day, hence the name daily trivia.
