Ordered one for store pickup (it wasn’t available for shipping). Got an email that the order was delayed, so they ended up shipping one to the store. Am sure they spent way more than 25¢ shipping it.

11th hour reprieve? Sears finally accepted a 4.4 billion offer, that’d help them stay open, from a hedge fund run by their chairman and former CEO. However, a judge must still approve the final agreement. Sears Gets Another Life Line: Lampert’s $4.4 Billion Offer Is Still Alive

“Pack of 7”
SDers are going apesh*t over this. Some have pointed out that the shipping weight is 1.05lbs, implying 1 phone (as that’s too light to be 7 phones).
Even though it was posted NOT TO CONTACT AMAZON, some have reached out to their CSR’s, where results have been mixed. Some CSR’s claim that it’s 7 phones, others that its 7 “sheets of slate” (wtf is that?), others yet that it’s 7 slate colored phone back covers. Some people have been issued $5 courtesy credits upon requesting to cancel their orders (others received a big goose egg upon doing so).
In my opinion, this is a listing mistake. That said, in for one (which might end up being 7 phones)!

RE: USPS Postage Rates Going up Jan 27, 2019. Buy Forever Stamps to save 10% Later
@mrvietnam said in USPS Postage Rates Going up Jan 27, 2019. Buy Forever Stamps to save 10% Later:
I already have over a grand in stamps, so I will be adding another $125 tomorrow. Maybe I can include the stamps in my will. Are you allowed to sell stamps on eBay?
I thought I went overboard w/ 400 stamps (bought at approximately 47% off of retail from Boxed.com during various promos when there were substantial Boxed.com coupons which stacked w/ Amex Offers). I think Forever stamps were 46¢ or 48¢ at the time. From what I recall, my effective price came out to around 25¢/stamp. I use maybe 10 stamps per year, so I’m set for a while!
EDIT: I have 400+ stamps, not $400 worth of stamps (although once Forever stamps reach $1, if I still have that many, they’ll be worth $400).

FoodSaver FM2000 Manual Vacuum Sealing System and Starter Bundle/Kit, as low as $15 @ Wally B&M (YMMV)
FoodSaver FM2000 Manual Vacuum Sealing System and Starter Bundle @ Wally.com (for reference only)Wally still sells the stand-alone FM2000 for ~$90. The Bundle/Kit (above) includes 1 starter roll, 2 additional FULL ROLLS, some stand-alone bags, and a hose attachment kit (for Foodsaver compatible jars, containers, wine stoppers, etc.) According to BrickSeek, the bundle/kit has an MSRP of $120.
$15 is the lowest clearance price I’ve seen listed on the bundle/kit. Other clearance prices seem to be $20, $25, and $40. Happy hunting!

RE: Farberware® 15-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Set $29.74 shipped, get back $15 Visa Rebate JCPENNEY ac
@midwestusdealguy said in Farberware® 15-Piece Stainless Steel Knife Set $29.74 shipped, get back $15 Visa Rebate JCPENNEY ac:
While the item page for the Farberware Knife set clearly shows “$15 Rebate Available”, when you click on the rebate form link, the offer for the knife set on the rebate form, shows that the rebate is only valid through 11/24. 😬
Based upon my experiences with JCPenney, I’d say it’s a big roll of the dice to expect them to honor the rebate, even though it shows the link for the rebate on the product page. YMMV.
The link on the product page doesn’t have the correct PRINTED rebate form, but when you click that link, the ensuing page (pop-up box?) has an option to submit the rebate on-line under offer #18-55484.
Using GoogleFu, was able to find the rebate form corresponding to that offer:
JCPenny Offer #18-55484 Rebate FormWhat do you know? The above PRINTED rebate form is valid 11/25/18 - 11/28/18.
