I’d almost guarantee this was part of joining the program in the first place, some people do not have other places to redeem and need the option to spend where they earn. Regardless, can you imagine the whining and wailing if you could earn Plenti points from Rite Aid on December 30, but then on December 31 you couldn’t use them there? It would cost them a fortune in customer support to just hard terminate.

I rolled rewards with batteries a couple times, I’m new to OD and didn’t realize it was a special feature of just the batteries though. I tried it with labels a few weeks ago and that did not roll. I wonder why batteries are special.

@honkinggoose that is the only way I have figured out to do it. I asked in another thread to be able to mark threads read on the actual category pages (hot deals, etc.) also. It just might not be something that is anticipated in this software.

Thanks, but that’s not exactly what I’m asking. I don’t want to derail this, and it isn’t really important, so I’ll start another thread if I change my mind.

I’m not a moderator, but I do have that option in the ‘Unread’ screen. I can click on topics, get the little green selection check mark and then from the ‘Mark As Read’ drop down, choose to ‘Mark Selected’ as read. It looks like even mods cannot, but I would very much like to be able to select and mark a topic or all topics as read on the individual category page, not just the Unread page too. I’m old fashioned I guess and prefer to read a category at a time, not that newfangled ‘Unread’ page.

I got the offer but my DW has the Prime.

Everything I’ve read says that Gift of Prime does not qualify. When you actually pay for your Prime Membership, the CC says ‘AmazonPrime Membership’, whereas people who are trying ‘Gift of Prime’ are not getting that precise text - I think because Amazon treats ‘Gift of Prime’ as basically just a gift card in the amount of a Prime membership. YMMV.
