Some of the most successful people in IT got no degree. However, one trait they do have is the ability to work well with others and they never stop learning new skills.

Most starts in PC repair/support but I would caution against joining a small outfit or go out on your own. Home and small business customers are very difficult to deal with. I would rather seek a basic desktop support position in a larger company. Move to a larger city with more opportunity if you have to.

The 60 days limit is rather tight. This seems like the old system before Plenti was introduced. Now I really will miss Plenti which looks like a much generous system.

Windows 7 Extended support supposed to end on Jan/2020 but most work place I know are still on Win 7… I wonder if MSFT will push back that date or otherwise it will be a busy 2019 for IT departments.

The price it shown before I deleted it yesterday jumped to $13.xx, so I’m not crazy.

That’s the thing though. At least two of the items in there were first time orders and both prices changes significantly, this is for the upcoming jan 2018 shipment.

I added another item into my S&S queue today and notice something that doesn’t seem right. One of the item I added a week or two ago doubled in price which is shown in red. Did a bit of search online and found similar discussions.

I realized now I never really double checked any of the S&S shipment price in the past and now I feel really ripped off. A lot of deals posted on SD are based on S&S price as shown and I never known of this issue before. Am I missing something?
